Laker legend Kobe Bryant pays respect to another legend with the upcoming release of Nike Kobe 11’s. Just like the Kobe V’s and Kobe 9’s, once again the Black Mamba decided it was only right to salute Martial Arts icon/ actor Bruce Lee with a special colorway inspired by Bruce’s infamous gold suit worn in the classic 1978-release film “Game Of Death”. The “Bruce Lee” Nike Kobe 11’s feature a predominately “University Gold” upper with hints of red and black accents spread throughout the shoe. The custom kicks are topped off with four red scratches on the heels, a nod to Lee’s back wounds seen on “Enter The Dragon”.
The “Bruce Lee” rendition of the Nike Kobe 11’s will be available March 19th over at the Nike Basketball online shop and select footwear retailers worldwide. Check out detailed images of the kicks above.
