Ms. Munn lands her first box office smash role!
Very little is known about Marvel’s upcoming X-Men: Apocalypse except most of its cast. The Bryan Singer-directed action-adventure and fantasy project has been penciled in for a May 27, 2016 theatrical release and is set to start Hugh Jackman, Jennifer Lawrence, Channing Tatum, Sophie Turner, Tye Sheridan and Alexandra Shipp among others. With filming set to begin in Canada this month for the last installment of the current X-Men trilogy, director Singer took to Instagram to announce some major news regarding the project.
Olivia Munn has officially been casted as Betsy Braddock to play the telepathic Psylocke. Take a look at the announcement below and look for details to emerge throughout the comic months leading up to Comic-Con.
