Roadies Make the Show Happen
Cameron Crowe has touched the world with films like Jerry Maguire and Almost Famous, but now, he’s making his way to television screens with his first ever series called Roadies. With a great cast that includes Imogen Poots, Luke Wilson, Carla Gugino, Machine Gun Kelly, Rafe Spall and Keisha Castle-Hughes, the plot follows the lives of a group of roadies who live for the music. The group are the road with an arena band across the US and form a family along the way.
The show, produced by J. J. Abrams and Winnie Holzman, will premiere June 26th on Showtime with a 10-episode first season.
