Sneaker Shopping with Skip Bayless
During Michael Jordan’s final championship run with the Chicago Bulls in 1998, Skip Bayless was one of the few reporters in Illinois that he had a good relationship with. Above, in the latest episode of Complex’s Sneaker Shopping series, the new member of Fox Sport 1’s new morning show, Undisputed, hits up Fight Club in Los Angeles to cop a few pairs of kicks.
In the conversation with Joe La Puma, Mr. Bayless talked how he fell in love with the Jordan Brand – including wearing select sneakers to formal events that his wife isn’t fond of.
After talking his history with Jumpman, things transitioned to the current LeBron James legacy, as Skip wouldn’t shy away from mocking his basketball foe. However, Skip did say he was one of the King’s biggest fans off the court and even admitted James would inch closer to the conversation of being the greatest if he wins a few more in the land.
