The NBA season has officially ended but that’s not stopping the good folks over at Nike Basketball from delivering new colorways of the Kobe 9 low – gearing up to release the “Game Royal” rendition of the popular silhouette. With Laker Legend Kobe Bryant’s strong love for the game of soccer and the World Cup in full effect, it was only right that the footwear giants take some inspiration from one one of the biggest yearly tournaments in sports.
The Kobe 9 “Game Royals” features a South American very unique street art inspired upper; utilizing Brazil’s royal blue, green, yellow, and flag colorways with hints of mints green and varsity red.
The Nike Kobe 9 “Game Royal” will be available over at the Nike online shop and Select Nike retailers June 19th. Check out detailed images below.
