Last night, Vic Mensa headed to The Nightly Show to chat with Larry Wilmore, Rory Albanese and Robin Thede about Justin Timberlake’s backlash on Twitter during the BET Awards and cultural appropriation. Vic says that the issue with Justin Timberlake’s comments is the fact that he benefits from black culture through his sound and dance moves, but doesn’t support black people when it’s more difficult, such as police shootings on camera.
