The Weeknd Will Headline Super Bowl LV Halftime Show in Tampa

Even though we’re three months away from the end of football season, the NFL is already getting ready for the 2021 Super Bowl. Today, the league announced that The Weeknd will be headlining the infamous Super Bowl LV Halftime Show which will take place in Tampa, FL. The game will be played on February 7.

This will mark the second Super Bowl halftime show produced by Roc Nation and JAY Z, with the After Hours singer making his debut on the big stage. Performers like Travis Scott, Justin Timberlake, Jennifer Lopez have all hit the stage recently.

In light of COVID-19 and the guidelines, the show itself will be a little different as well, considering only 20% of the seating will be available at Raymond James Stadium next February.
