After much wait, the official debut trailer for the third installment in the Iron Man series has arrived. Last year Marvel Films released 2012 blockbuster hits such as The Avengers, The Amazing Spider-Man and Ghost Rider: Spirit of Vengeance and also have plans of releasing The Wolverine and Thor: The Dark World but they kick things off in 2013 with Iron Man 3. In the trailer above we see Robert Downey, Jr. returning as Tony Stark along with cast mates Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle to give us a glimpse of what to expect on our mind-blowing experience May 3, 2013.
Marvel’s “Iron Man 3” pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. As he fights his way back, Stark discovers the answer to the question that has secretly haunted him: does the man make the suit or does the suit make the man? Marvel’s Iron Man 3 is in theaters May 3, 2013.
