Earlier this year, 38 Spesh dropped his album titled The 38 Strategies of Raw. Before that, though, he was out here blessing the streets of New York with that 5 Shots EP as an appetizer for what was on the way. Today, he revisits the short project by taking things up top to Rochester to show us how he lives.
