Over the summer, 6ix9ine was attacked from people within his crew over internal financial issues. After opting to not go into detail on who exactly kidnapped, pistol-whipped and robbed him on the July 22nd night; investigators have cracked some of the case. Federal agents announced this week that Anthony Jamel Ellison, 31, has been indicted by a grand jury in New York for the incident.

Known by many as Harv, Mr. Ellison has been charged with conspiracy to obstruct commerce by robbery, obstructing commerce by robbery and carrying a firearm to commit a crime, court records show. He’s expected to appear back in court on January 8th; as law enforcement revealed he was previously part of Tekashi’s management group, before they gained worldwide notoriety.

According to the NY Post, 6ix9ine alleged that the July attack began when a group of men in a dark sedan bumped his Chevy Tahoe near Bedford and Atlantic avenues in Crown Heights. Believing the hit was an accidental crash, Tekashi was met with gunmen, who forced him in their car.

Things continued on to 6ix9ine’s home in Bedford-Stuyvesant, where he was forced to call someone to bring down cash and jewelry – totaling in $800,000. Ellison is currently only being charged with robbery-related crimes and not the serious charge of kidnapping.

Since hiring the former security of Floyd Mayweather, known as The Great Wall, it’s been hard for anybody to get close to the self-proclaimed King of NY.

Look for more details on this case to emerge in the coming weeks.
