6ix9ine Pleads Not Guilty to Federal Charges

After being charged with six counts of ranging firearms, racketeering, assault with a dangerous weapon, and conspiracy murder, 6ix9ine appeared in court today and pled not guilty to all federal R.I.C.O. charges against him.

As of now, he will be in prison for the foreseeable future but his lawyer, Lance Lazzaro said he is waiting to schedule a bail hearing. A pre-trial hearing has been scheduled for January 22, 2019 — with the date for 6ix9ine’s full trial being September 4, 2019.

Last week, Tekashi was transferred out of Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center to a new facility following threats and for “security reasons.”

If convicted, 6ix9ine faces a minimum of 32 years in prison.
