The third single from Adele‘s 25 album is not what you’re used to hearing from the international pop superstar. “Send My Love (To Your New Lover)” is Adele’s way of telling an ex-lover that she’s glad he’s gone and even the video doesn’t so much, it makes you focus on the lyrics that much more. In the clip, which was debuted during the 2016 Billboard Music Awards, Adele is seen performing the record and going blurry throughout, weaving in and out of herself. It’s certainly a trippy watch, one you wouldn’t expect from her.
