A Tribe Called Quest’s Ali Shaheed Muhammad and Adrian Younge have teamed up for a new collaborative album called The Midnight Hour.
The project is made up of 20 tracks, with features coming from the likes of Raphael Saadiq, Luther Vandross, CeeLo Green, Bilal, Marsha Ambrosius, Eryn Allen Kane, Questlove, No I.D., James Poyser, Ladybug Mecca. “The Midnight Hour represents the black idiom in regards to jazz, hip hop and cinematic soul for a new generation,” they say about the release.
