Aloe Blacc is closing out 2016 strong. The Cali singer returned to his rapping ways last week, when he reunited with Exile as Emanon for their new album Dystopia. Not only that, but he recently teamed up with Nas and Dave East for a collaboration from the Hamilton mixtape.
Now, he’s back with a new solo singled titled “Real Slow,” which sounds closer to the commercial appeal that put him on the map. “We could dance with our eyes closed,” he repeats, before touching on police brutality in the same hook: “Imagine if the cops ain’t killin’ nobody.”
