This Ari Lennox joint bangs, but you have to be feeling a sort of way to appreciate it. The Dreamville songstress was definitely in her feels when she wrote “Whipped Cream” and the accompanying video shows a very vivid description of her lyrics. As you can see in the clip, Ari sings about a past relationship, with memories she remembers of her and her lover doing cute couple shit like kissing in the park or just laying together on a relaxing day. Except those images are not real anymore. As the moody visual progresses, the two feel more apart then together, with Lennox wishing she didn’t care about him as much as she does. She sees him everywhere she goes, yet struggles to accept he was never hers to begin with.
