A$AP Rocky has been charged with assault following his confrontation in Stockholm, Sweden last month.
The rapper has been in custody since July 3rd, and will remain detained until trial, which will begin on Tuesday, July 30th. Slobodan Jovicic says Rocky was defending himself, saying, “We think it was self-defense, but the prosecutor has chosen to go with the injured party’s version.”
Court documents from public prosecutor Daniel Suneson claim that Rocky and two others assaulted the victim by kicking and beating him with a glass bottle.
