August Alsina is looking to make the best out of everything coming his way today. The New Orleans singer-songwriter is celebrating the release of his sophomore studio album This Thing Called Life. From making his rounds and visiting The Breakfast Club to now debuting the music video for the album’s latest single “Song Cry.” The music video, directed by his go-to director Payne Lindsey, takes us to the desert where Alsina is stranded after his motorcycle breaks down. He finds himself at a motel where he awakes in a bed of rose petals and singing in front of a burning casket as he reflects on the pain in his life.
