New Big Boi coming early 2017!
Last September, Gucci Mane was fresh home from completing his three-year prison bid and recorded numerous tracks with top names around the game. One duo that stood-out among the others, was his OutKast collaborative track, which immediately began to spark album rumors. While Andre 3000 hasn’t spoke on the news Big Boi confirmed a few days ago, in an interview with Creative Lofting that the collaboration was for his next solo studio album.
He went to say, “Me and Gucci have a record. When he said “OutKast” he was just saying that I’m part of the group, so he was excited because the song was jammin’ like a motherfucker. I do have Gucci on this album — most definitely.” While this didn’t completely debunk plans of an official music reunion down the line, we’re optimistic on seeing a collaboration between the two in a few weeks.
