Big K.R.I.T. is back with a new video for “Energy,” which appeareed on last year’s Trifecta EP and later landed on his TDT compilation. Directed by Child, the new video finds the Mississippi rapper at the crib and using imagery of his Southern roots.
“It’s important more then ever to show the positive energy of life,” KRIT told Complex. “The coming together of generations and the giving of knowledge. There’s so much power in community and fellowship. I have been blessed to share positive energy with so many people [throughout] my career. Although negativity is everywhere we must feed our souls with the positivity around us.”
