Birdman Responds to Rick Ross’ “Idols Become Rivals” Track

Listen to “Idols Become Rivals

Birdman has been thrown in some controversy, mainly because of Rick Ross‘ new album Rather You Than Me and more specifically, his track “Idols Become Rivals.” On the track, Rozay goes at Baby’s lack of paying artists and producers, sticking up for Lil Wayne and all those were wrongfully exploited by the Cash Money mogul.

Of course, Birdman has always denied these claims and continues to do so.

In an interview with Billboard, the No. 1 Stunna responds to Ross’ record and dismisses anything said on the track. He says numbers are what’s important to him and he’s going to keep it moving, regardless of what’s being said about him.

“I don’t get caught up in hoe shit, man. I just keep doing what I’m doing and keep pushing. I don’t get caught up in that, I don’t play like that. I’m a man and I stand my ground and I do my thing. Numbers don’t lie, and that’s all I give a fuck about: numbers, and puttin’ them up.”

So there you have it. Baby won’t change. Free Tha Carter V.
