Thought not everything we’ve heard from BJ The Chicago Kid the past few months has been off the upcoming album In My Mind, it’s been stellar (see: “D’Angelo Tribute“). With new music Friday upon us, the R&B singer has released another record off the effort in “Turnin’ Me Up.” Staying true to his soulful sound, BJ adds a little of funk and brings us a feel-good record to get jiggy with.
In My Mind is due out on February, a little after those Valentine’s Day festivities.
