Black Eyed Peas have teamed up with Nas on “Back 2 HipHop,” the opening track on their new album Masters of the Sun Vol. 1.
The song features verses from members will.i.am, apl.de.ap and Taboo, followed by Nasir getting in on the act. It samples Soul II Soul’s classic 1989 track “Back to Life.”
Masters of the Sun Vol. 1 also features Slick Rick, A Tribe Called Quest’s Phife Dawg and Ali Shaheed Muhammad, De La Soul’s Posdnuos, Nicole Scherzinger and CL.
