Last Friday, it was announced that Brockhampton had signed a deal with RCA Records, off the back of last year’s independent Saturation trilogy. Now, Billboard reports that the deal is worth a whopping $15 million, which will see them release six albums over the course of three years.
“People are really excited about the touring — the streaming numbers and the consumption numbers aren’t big,” a source told Billboard. “It’s like an Odd Future deal, but when Odd Future did that deal, it was close to $2 million.”
The deal reportedly doesn’t include touring or merchandise, but the group are performing at big festivals and putting on big shows this summer.
