Exactly two weeks ago, Cardi B was guest on Spotify and confirmed her new single would be arriving on December 15th. We’re assuming hip-hop heavyweights releasing last Friday (see: Eminem’s REVIVAL), may have pre-empted the release to later this week, as fans were left waiting for “Cartier Cardi.” While she didn’t offer an explanation, the BX rapper was one of the main headliners for Hot 97’s HOT For The Holidays Event a few days ago and gave a live debut of the single.
