It’s 2017 and years of hard work have made Chance The Rapper one of the biggest artists in the world right now. In light of all his success, he recently caught up with Complex as the latest cover star, where he sat down with Noah Callahan-Bever for a 30-minute interview.
Chance starts off by talking about having a child, from how it’s changed how he thinks about his parents to the birth of his daughter itself. “I’m not shy in saying it: I didn’t expect to become a father when I was 22,” he says. “It had a huge impact on what I was doing.”
He also talks about his Grammy wins, what labels have done to try to stop him and plans for his upcoming album.
