Chance The Rapper surprise released four singles earlier this month “I Might Need Security,” “Work Out,” “65th & Ingleside” and “Wala Cam.” The Chicago rapper recently stopped by Genius to break down the lyrics for the latter track.
Chance explains that the song is named after Wala Cam TV, a Chicago show turned YouTube channel that promotes rising hip-hop and R&B from the area. “I feel like everybody should definitely be able to do what they want to their own bodies,” Chance says about the fourth verse. “I’m really just talking to the people that are also struggling with their body image, but have still got the natural booty.”
