We didn’t expect what we saw in Chaz French‘s “Hol Up” video, but we’re not mad at it either. The Washington D.C. native is bringing the shortys out and they’re twerking all over the video, which also features fellow DMV native Shy Glizzy. The clip is one part psychedelia, two cups strip club and a teaspoon of girl on girl action. Is this how they party in the nation’s capital?
