Breezy got jammed up with the law when he was accused of rape, prompting French police to arrest him and subsequently release him shortly afterwards. Chris denied all allegations and responded with “that bitch lying!” on social media and plans to sue the young lady for defamation. Tonight, he takes it back to the tunes, going to the vault and releasing “Who Dis,” which is a song Brown fans have been waiting three years for. After teasing it over the years, it now shows up on Soundcloud for your streaming pleasure.
