London group The Cinematic Orchestra haven’t released an album since 2007, but that’s all set to change will a new project incoming. To kick off their return, they’re sharing an enchanting new single titled “To Believe,” featuring one of the brightest new vocalists to emerge, Moses Sumney (he just released his Lamentations EP and worked on Solange’s record).
