CRWN Presents: A Conversation With Elliott Wilson & Big K.R.I.T.

“You’re not lyrical, just because you know the dictionary” – K.R.I.T.

Before Big K.R.I.T. hit the road with Two-9 last week for his official Pay Attention Tour, he was the next guest featured for Elliott Wilson’s CRWN Conversation series. With his upcoming sophomore album Cadillactica due out next month, the Mississippi rapper goes into great detail about the project’s background and deep concept.

Throughout the hour-long story, he talked early career struggles and making progression from his debut 2012 debut album Live from the Underground. After discussing early youth of growing up with his grandmother, he opened up on one of the stand-out song titles from the project entitled King of the South.

Watch the full conversation above and below, and then look for his project to arrive on November 11th with appearances from Wiz Khalifa, Raphael Saadiq, Bun B, Lupe Fiasco and ASAP Ferg among others.
