D Double E has been a mainstay in grime for over a decade, but he’s never actually dropped a solo album. Later this month, he’s changing all that by dropping his new project titled Jackuum!.
The London MC is sharing his new Skepta collaboration “Nang” this week, along with a video to go with it. “Me and Skepta have been friends for the longest, but we’ve never made a song that’s just me and him,” D Double says. “I wanted to get closer with the artists I work with, so this is me and him going in back to back, keeping the energy tight and true to back in the day.”
Jackuum! arrives later this month, and is set to include his Wiley collaboration, “Better Than the Rest.”
