Earlier this week at Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles, John Mayer put together an intimate show in support of his upcoming album, The Search for Everything. For it, he brought his old friend Dave Chappelle onto the stage for a number of tracks, including a cover of Nirvana’s “Come as You Are.” Chappelle was also there for Mayer’s cover of Tom Petty’s “Free Fallin’,” while having a chill back and forth conversation on stage.
