Daye Jack is still only young, but he’s got a few projects to his name now: Hello World, Soul Glitch and Surf the Web have all played a part in the Atlanta rapper finding his feet. Today, he’s back with the release of his new album titled No Data, which has contributions from the likes of Denzel Curry, Grim Dave, Donmonique and Jayvon.
“My new project is about self acceptance. The lost teen entering adulthood,” he says about the LP. “Finding yourself in the digital age where there’s so much information, people telling who to be, how to act, how to dress, what’s cool and what’s not. It’s is a fuck you to the bullies, a nod to the youngings who feel confused, who don’t fit into any of societies boxes.
