One of Cali’s underground gems, Declaime, is back with the release of his new album Young Spirit, his first since 2015’s Southside Story. The Oxnard rapper’s latest release boasts a mighty 19 tracks, with his partner George Anne Muldrow producing all but one track. The other one is produced by longtime affiliate Madlib, with guests like Blu, Aloe Blacc, Saul Williams and Romes showing up across the LP.
