Detroit’s own Denmark Vessey has announced that he’ll be dropping his new EP titled Sun Go Nova on April 20th via Mello Music Group.
The first single, the title track “Sun Go Nova,” is out today, and sees production from the one and only Knxwledge. It appears on the new album made up of two volumes: an EP produced by Earl Sweatshirt and Knxwledge, and a beat tape produced by Vessey. Features include Vic Spencer, ADAD and DrxQuinnx.
“For lack of a better word, it’s alternative and left-field,” Denmark says. “It’s not light substance-wise, but light in that I want people to think of it as a treat, a little instance of coolness, a flash in the moment but not to be forgotten.”
