Last week it was reported that DMX was arrested for 14 counts of tax evasion and withholding $1.7 million in total from the IRS. If found guilty, he could face up to 44 years in prison.
Following his recent court date in Manhattan, New York City, DMX decided to spit a short freestyle about his tax troubles for the camera: “We don’t worry with Murray, he get you outta jail in a hurry, when the government trying to bury you, you good — early!” In case you’re wondering, “Murray” is his lawyer, Murray Richman.
DMX doesn’t seem worried at all.
