Anderson .Paak joins Dre, Em and K. Dot!
With his new album Malibu still fresh to ears, rapper and singer-songwriter Anderson Paak has finally left the indies for the majors. Saturday, Dr. Dre made a rare appearance on social media to formally reveal he was adding Anderson to his limited roster on Aftermath Entertainment.
Last year, Paak gained mainstream notoriety for multiple contributions to the legendary producer-rapper’s COMPTON album over the summer and that was enough for the doctor to make a chess move. Along with the sophomore LP two weeks ago, he’s been active over the last five months for EPs The Anderson .Paak EP with Blended Babies and Link Up & Suede by NxWorries.
