When it comes to making club slappers, you know E-40 is at the top of the list. At least when it comes to California. Never shying away from taking a hiatus, 40 Water has just announced his new album titled Practice Makes Paper, which puts him over the 25 albums mark. For his first single, he’s got the dancers getting busy to “Melt” (as you can see in the clip) but he added some eye-candy to get you to pay closer attention as well. P-Lo makes a cameo in the clip and you can bet he’s probably involved in the upcoming effort somehow.
