Elle Varner is back with a video for her latest Wale collaboration, “Pour Me.”
The visual finds Varner crawling around on a table with a snake, with Wale spitting his two verses at the same crib. “’Pour Me’ is about a missed connection that leads to thinking and drinking about an almost lover,” Varner told ESSENCE. “Sometimes we put someone in the friend zone and later realize we missed a good thing.”
The two artists are 2/2 with collaborations, having previously worked together on “Rover” back in 2013.
