Emeli Sandé has teamed up with Dave East on “Soon,” a song that serves as the opener on her new EP titled Kingdom Coming. “Emotionally rich, physically broke, negative seeds get planted, spirits can grow,” East raps on the record. Kingdom Coming is her first body of work since last year’s Long Live the Angels album, and includes other collaborations with Giggs and Wretch 32.
Emeli is no stranger to collaborating with rappers, having worked with the likes of Kendrick Lamar, Jay Electronica and Wiley in the past.
