Eminem Responds to Revolt TV After Leaked Verse Surfaces

Earlier this week, an unreleased verse for Conway’s “Bang” song surfaced online, where Eminem was going straight at Joe Budden, Revolt TV, and Machine Gun Kelly.

After the track made its way online, Revolt tweeted their peace and then published a statement on their thoughts:

“Why does Eminem, someone who is a guest in Black culture, think he can talk down to REVOLT? REVOLT is a BLACK media company, owned by a Black entrepreneur, with a majority Black team – that is authentic and real about this. With the immediate need for REVOLT to use our platform for the important issues regarding social justice, equality, and ensuring continuing to be the outlet – across ALL OUR PLATFORMS, we’re doing important work. Eminem trying to come for us is an unneeded distraction. It is not OK.”

Now after all of the controversy, Em has responded online with his own statement, apologizing and asking to work with Revolt TV, explaining why the verse was recorded in the first place. He agreed that it’s a distraction during these times.
