Less than 48 hours after Kobe Bryant revealed presumably the official album cover for Tha Carter V, Lil Wayne gets another top name and friend in the sports world to further promo. Undefeated boxing champion Floyd Mayweather is readying his fight this Saturday in Las Vegas against Marcos Maidana, but took a brief break from the gym to post a studio session preview featuring Tunechi recording for the highly-anticipated project with his protégé Drake.
Judging by the first two official promo drops from Weezy, we’re sure more of his friends in the sports world will be rallying behind him in preparations for the big album.
