#Bandana soon . .

Last month, it was revealed that Freddie Gibbs would be partnering Sony Music, for his long-awaited Bandana album with Madlib. Given the much hype and buzz surrounding the effort, Freddie Kane has been quiet on details regarding the effort. That was until this week, when fans of the mid-west emcee uncovered a revelation from his recent interview with German magazine, Juice.

The BFK confirmed that Pusha T, Black Thought, Anderson .Paak, Mos Def and Killer Mike would be the guest featured artists on the effort. While the hip-hop world awaits Bandana’s release date, take a look at the news below. Let us know in the comments what you think of the features.

Question: The selection of features on the new album also indicates that: Pusha T, Yasiin Bey, Killer Mike, Anderson.Paak. How did these collaborations come about?

Freddie Gibbs: They are all legends. Guys who I have respect for, andwho respect me too. In the beginning I did not want to have any features on the album at all, but that it eventually happened is a blessing. The song with Pusha T and Killer Mike is my favorite one – and Pusha did not have to do me the favor. I think there are a lot of MCs who are scared to get on the same song as me. Look at the Freshman Cover that I appeared on – except for Jay Rock I did not work with any of those guys.
