The Bay Area and Hip-Hop were shocked to hear of the news of the tragic passing of rapper The Jacka and the news hit especially hard for Freeway. During a recent talk with MTV News, he was asked how the two met and how his death has affected him and Philly Freezer broke down and got emotional upon talking about his good friend. He said the two met back when he was on tour with JAY Z in 2002 and connected because of their religion and way of life. He says they were very similar, except The Jacka was out on the West Coast.
