The numbers are in. Future and Young Thug have debuted at number two on the Billboard 200 with their surprise joint album, SUPER SLIMEY, following its release last Friday.
The project managed to move 75,000 units in its first week, with 15,000 of them traditional sales. Streams make up the majority of the overall sales, earning 2,000 in TEA units and 58,000 in SEA units (87.1 million on-demand audio streams).
SUPER SLIMEY is Future’s eighth top 10 album, and his third of the year following FUTURE and HNDRXX, with both hitting number one. For Thug though, this is his highest-charting album ever (Slime Season 3 peaked at number seven last year) and fourth in the top 10. It’s also his second of the year after Beautiful Thugger Girls, which peaked at number eight.
