Future & Young Thug’s ‘SUPER SLIMEY’ Was the First of Multiple Albums

What a Slime to Be Alive?

With Future and Young Thug gearing up to celebrate a no. 1 album on Billboard with their SUPER SLIMEY project; the two Atlanta rappers have nearly a thousand songs recorded.

According to producer and friend, Southside, the 13-track street project was just the tip of the iceberg at what fans can expect. He went to say that cuts on their trap-driven effort were picked among a list of 600 songs they’ve recorded together in recent time.

In an interview with Complex, he went explain the collaborative process saying, “It has no official timetable because we don’t work like that. Like we don’t do any of Future music like that, no official start date, we just go to the studio and have fun, and after we have made six or 700 songs we will pick the album. Literally. People think we have this process and we don’t do all of that.”

So, even with all of that content, the two return with more content with a second installment of Super Slimey. Regarding that possibly, Southside closed out saying, “Man, I don’t even know, it might not even be a Super Slimey 2, it might be What a Slime to Be Alive up next. You never know, we are with the element of surprise. We just keep working and whatever comes out next comes out next.”
