GELO – Tweaker

#TWEAKER

GELO ‘Tweaker’ music video has finally arrived, delivering the highly anticipated visual for what has been the biggest song of 2025 so far. LiAngelo Ball, aka GELO, is making major waves in the rap game, and his debut single “Tweaker” is proving he’s here to stay. After setting social media on fire, he just dropped the highly anticipated music video for the track, marking his official debut with Def Jam Recordings.

Shot between Los Angeles and Chicago, the visual is a full-on family affair, featuring his brothers Lonzo Ball and LaMelo Ball. The high-energy video keeps the momentum going from start to finish, and just when you think it’s over, GELO teases a brand-new track, “Can You Please?”—letting fans know he’s only getting started.

Since its release, “Tweaker” has been unstoppable. It’s dominating streaming platforms, topping viral charts, and taking over TikTok and Instagram Reels. The track has also been lighting up radio, quickly becoming one of the most requested songs across Urban and Rhythm stations.

With his first single already shaking up the industry, GELO is making it clear—he’s not just a basketball star, he’s a serious force in music. And if “Tweaker” is just the beginning, the rap game better be ready for what’s next.

Def Jam Recordings Chairman and CEO Tunji Balogun welcomed him to the label, saying, “GELO is an old soul bringing a refreshing style of music that feels reminiscent of my favorite era of hip-hop. Beyond being a member of one of America’s most prominent and inspiring Black families, he is a true artist with a bright future ahead of him. Standing at the intersection of sports, music, and youth culture, he’s caught lightning in a bottle with ‘Tweaker’ but I’m more excited for people to hear the rest of the songs he has in the stash.”

GELO added, “It means a lot to sign to Def Jam. When I was a kid my dad always listened to DMX, and we had the video game Def Jam: Fight for NY. We met everybody, and I played them a bunch of songs. They wanted to hear it all. I really love their energy and excitement about everything I’m doing.”
