Earlier this week, it was revealed that Hak is no longer part of beloved New York rap group RATKING with Wiki and Sporting Life. Instead, he’s going down a solo route with the release of his debut album June, which is out today. The Harlem-based rapper and producer builds his new project out of 15 tracks, with guest features from Machakos Kyalo, Dadras, Lisa Remar, Jennifer Grrey, Jennifer Grrey, Mari, TARO and Ms. Barbara.
It’s a summer album, but Hak’s actual description is better: “You know that feeling of your foot in a sweaty shoe with the moistness rolling around? That’s it.” Stream below or download over at his website.
