A couple of weeks back, Havoc pushed his album announcement with a video for “Dirt Call,” which took place on a crime scene. Looking to set the scene a little more, he links up with Sheek Louch in the form of “What I Rep,” with the two New York emcees putting on for themselves and their city. 13 Reloaded will be available on November 18th, with features from the likes of Prodigy and Cormega.
