A new album from H.E.R is finally on the way. The songstress is capitalizing off her momentum and putting together a new effort, fresh off her single “Come Through” with Chris Brown. The long-awaited album Back Of My Mind is due out this summer. The news comes by way of social media, where she revealed the title track and another song called “We Made It” on a handwritten notepad.
We’ve caught H.E.R recently in the studio with the likes of Jermaine Dupri, Dallas Austin, DJ Khaled and more, so we’re curious to see who else ends up on the project.
Keep an eye out for her this weekend when performs her Oscar-nominated single “Fight For You” from the Judas and the Black Messiah soundtrack. It will go down thanks to their “Into the Spotlight” ABC special, airing before the Academy Awards on Sunday at 6:30pm EST.
